If you love birds, or even if you don’t, I think you might enjoy a wonderful resource about them. It’s called BirdNote, and is a “two-minute radio show that combines rich sounds with engaging stories, to illustrate the amazing lives of birds and give listeners a momentary respite from the news of the day,” according to their website. Perfect description! If that sounds good to you, you can listen to the daily program on the BirdNote website or look for the BirdNote podcast on whichever platform you prefer.
P.S. The webpage has many other delightful and insightful stories and videos on any number of bird topics that might interest you.
P.S. Thanks, Tom, for the photo of one of Florida’s many intriguing birds.
This is so perfect for us. With Don being an ornithologist combined with my lifelong love of birds, this is a great resource. Thank you for sharing. I’m sending the link to Don. One more way to celebrate the feathered creations of the Great Artist!
I’m so glad to be able to share this with two bird lovers! They certainly are amazing, those feathered creations of the Great Artist, aren’t they!
